Boat Gear Depot currently only ships to anywhere in the lower 48 States inside of the USA. We will be adding new areas such as Canada and International in the next few weeks so please check back often if you are a new customer outside of this zone. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you created an account during checkout you can also login to your account and see the status and tracking information of your package.
Boat Gear Depot offers 2 easy flat rate shipping options for all orders. Our best option is our "2 Day Promo" option for a flat rate of just $21.95 for our fastest delivery. For regular orders use our "Best Way" option for a flat rate of just $11.95 with delivery between 3-7 Business Days anywhere in the lower 48 United States.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. To obtain an RMA number, please use our contact us form or call us and be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Special Order items may not be returned. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective and then only for replacement. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. Returned merchandise will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%; please contact the RMA department for details.
